This works beautifully to keep the stray cats out of my yard. My garden bed against my house was a public latrine! I tried many things, but this has worked the best. No more cat poop in my garden. No more dug up and ruined bulbs. I plan to buy another one so that both together will cover the whole backyard and keep the cats out entirely. I’ve been using this for well over a month and it worked from day one. I will remove it once the snow comes and winter sets in. Don’t know how durable this device is, but it has lasted through rain and cold temperatures so far.8/13 I ordered another one since the first one worked so fabulously. This one started off well, but now it’s gone rouge. It constantly makes the high pitch frequency and the red light continuously flashes no matter what I do to it. I have it in the back of our yard along a fence. I’m sure it’s keeping the animals out cuz it even keeps us out. Lol. The sound and flashing is so annoying if we’re trying to relax on our back patio. Can’t return this since I’ve had it for 6 weeks. Wish I could because they really do work. Got a defective one. So 2 stars for my repurchase :( Otherwise I’d still highly recommend these! The first one is still working perfectly!

Different days, different cats, different settings, different locations, same results. The cats didn’t care and kept coming back.I bought the device specifically to scare off the stray cats that keep leaving little brown treats for my dog. The first night it was at the end of my walkway, before the porch, and was on the mode 2 which is supposed to work on cats. They still came by and didn’t pause or even seem to notice it. So I moved it to the porch and changed it to mode 5 or 6 - the one that’s supposed to be different frequencies and flashes. Again the cats walked along as if it wasn’t there. The sensitivity was maxed out each time.I could tell it was affecting my dog inside. He kept shaking his head like his ears were bothering him, wining, and at one point he refused to come out of the room furthest from the device. It’s getting boxed up and sent back.*yellow arrow is pointing the the approximate location of the device while the cat is walking nearby.

I ordered this pest detergent for my mom to keep swans from nesting in her flower beds. It arrived in two days and was extremely easy to set up with clear instructions. So far it has kept the swans out of her flowers!

May be effective for some animals, but not possums.

This thing did not work as intended! Set it to flash and sound alarm. We have a ton of stray cats and dogs and occasional raccoons and possums meandering through our yard! This thing would go off when approached, the animals would stop and look…then casually stroll away! Scared the hell out of neighbor lady, though!! They all come back, including the neighbor lady so it is not working as intended! For the price, I thought I would get better results! Goes in the closet with other stuff that doesn’t work either!

I have had this for 2 weeks and 3 days now. The first week it worked perfectly. Then I had to charge it. I charged it while I was at work and when I came home to put outside it didn’t stop clicking/making the noise that should sound if something came close to it. I decided to turn it all down to a lower settings. A couple days later again I had to charge it again. Now it’s completely dead. I am very disappointed as I threw all the packaging away and can’t return the item.

The media could not be loaded.  So many animals love to eat my passion fruit vines. First, I had iguanas which I may or may not have gotten rid of but then suddenly birds showed up and ate the flowers before some had a chance to bloom. This sent me over the edge and desperate for a solution. I ordered this with overnight delivery and installed it promptly upon delivery. Since yesterday, I’ve had no sign of gobbled up blooms. I love that it’s solar so I don’t have to worry about it running out of battery or having to recharge. The fact that you can choose the frequency is a bonus. My twin 15 year-olds told me to “turn it down! It’s annoying!” And I could barely hear a thing! Stay tuned!

tried all frequencies but my dogs still approached my protected area..They even nibble the item...No use of this product
