Works so well
Paper worked really well. The paper is green when it first comes out of the packet but after being in sunlight for 10-15 mins (it was a very hot and sunny day) and rinsed well the colour changed to dark blue.

Very fun to use!
Very nice and effective product. The image is some leaves. The instructional leaflet I had though shows the opposite side of the page and I found that confusing. Lovely! Have enjoyed using it!

Not great
Wanted to make pictures with the kids out in frames, this was out for 30mins on a sunny day and barely made an imprint (previous attempts were binned)I would recommend paying out more for a better quality product if you’re planning to use the prints.

Low quality
When the cyanotype paper arrived, it is already greenish-blue instead of pale yellow; perhaps they’re kept in a humid condition during packaging or shipping or the type of paper is not suitable. There are also highly visible brush strokes on most pieces as the layer of chemicals is too thin.I’ve printed some daffodils under direct sunlight and found it odd when spotting started appearing on the unexposed parts after washing. Not sure why that happened but it gave the prints an interesting texture, but I doubt most people desire this effect.Due to the poor chemical application, I also realized the shapes don’t show up unless you overexpose the paper, which takes away so much detail from the printed objects.Luckily, the prints still dried a beautiful Prussian blue, but I highly recommend buying cyanotype paper from art stores so you can inspect their quality instead of shopping online. Or better, mix the chemicals yourself and create your own sun-printing paper.
