Tested true
Ok. So this is how I tested the strips. Tried one, and it showed zero, or maybe slightly better. Fasted for two days. Showed slight keto. Drank broth for a day; showed very high keto. Ate regular for a day; back to near zero. I then tested four strips at once, and they all read the same. Based on this, I think they work well! The only problem would be if they don’t last....

I'm very happy with my purchase. The color on these seem to be dead on. I was in the 4.0 zone and after I completed my 16 hour fast, I was right where I want to be at 8.0. Will purchase again.

Easier to read and accomplish than a pregnancy test. ;)
First off, I had researched so many different brands that my head could’ve started spinning. This was the last brand I checked out and I read all the reviews. Yes, ALL of them. These seemed, based on reviews and the description, the easier to use and read. I am fairly new at testing for Ketones and I could not be happier with this product.There is a small set of directions that are straight forward: Dip the testing strip in your urine. Wait 40 seconds. I will tell you, I was surprised at how fast the color appears but WAIT THE ENTIRE 40 SECONDS per the directions so you give the test strip time to completely do it’s job. My color changed from start to finish. The bottle label has a color code. Once you’ve waited 40 seconds, hold your strip close enough to compare and then toss.As with any type of testing strip, do heed the warning of making sure the lid is on tight and that you keep it somewhere cool.I have already recommended this to a few friends!

Not a bad product for an educated buyer
So far the strips are working out fine as long as one understands that urinalysis is not the most accurate measure & one really understands what level of ketones he/she should be aiming for. It would have been nice if the label on the bottle would indicate what levels are ideal for nutritional ketosis vs. therapeutic. Also should warn that high/very high levels (darkest colors) are potentially unhealthy. Neither Drs. Volek/Phinney nor any of the keto sites I've researched suggest that a ketone level greater than 6.0mmol/L is safe.

They work!
I've purchased keto strips in the past from the drug store. When I used those strips they very seldom worked. These from Keto Nutrition work great! The first one I used showed I was already in mild ketosis after starting the keto diet just a few days before. I will be purchasing these again when I run out.

Best Keto Strips Ever!
I’ve had bad luck with other brand name keto strips. Seems they only last in my medicine cabinet a short period of time and then they’re worthless and have to be thrown away. These strips are accurate and reliable and they last ‘til all the strips are used up (of course, nowadays I do keep the bottle in an airtight baggie, just as a precaution and to help keep the fresh).

Works well. I've only used these for a couple weeks, and so far, my only negative observation is that I've had a couple of sticks that didn't color up as well as my new 10 parameter urinalysis strips do, purchased on the same day. If I didn't have them to compare to, I'd give it a 5 star. Every one has shown ketones at some level, except the one I left out overnight. If they last til the end of the bottle, I will definitely buy these again. Definitely better than Smackfat.

Tested with other strips and these are defective.
Really bummed out about this product. Got it to replace the more expensive Bayer brand Ketostix I always buy. The strips aren't registering any ketones at all. I still have a half bottle of Bayer brand and they're registering my ketosis just fine, from the same urine sample these strips are reading negative from.Maybe I got a defective bottle?
