Q: Would this work for ps5?

YES,it works. It works with XBOX,PS4,PS5,SWITCH,MACBOOK /AIR /PRO / mac mini,and android phones(Type-c port should be USB3.0 USB3.1 USB3.2,or the monitor will not work)

Q: Screen is way too light and super washed out. Am I missing the controls on how to adjust brightness? I have no instructions for this.

Please use the menu wheel on the left side of the monitor to reset the monitor. The main menu have 3 directions to use,up,down,and horizontal →↑↓ press main menu→ ， ↑↓switch to find “Other”,enter sub menu,find “reset”, press the main menu to confirm and reset finished.

Sure. You just need to provide port of HDMI or type-c, and power the monitor by adapter. If you use 3 screens, the laptop should be powered by adapter too.
