Great dog tag
Nice and small so easy to setup and give anyone all details they need to get your pet back quickly and safely at a scan of the tag and you get a notification we’re it was scan .

Breaks off!
Bought 2 of these in August 2023, both of them have broken off within that time as the bit that attached it to the main collar is that thin it just snaps! Both tags now lost 🙃

I thought it was a tracker but not
I thought it was a tracker where you can track your pet's whereabouts if they wear the collar. It turns out that it only works when someone scans the code then thats the time you know their location. Also, the picture of my pet does not appear on its profile.

The app is terrible
Just get a normal qr code and put the data in yourself. The app is rubbish. Overpriced gimmick

The item is not a tracker and the app won't download. Waste if time and money.

Very small and hard to scan, app buggy
Very disappointed in this, considering the price. Very small, plasticky disc with edge that verges in sharp. Way too small, in that I found it problematic to scan the QR code. When it finally did scan, the associated app is poorly executed. Returning.

Challenge to at first install app, but all good now
I tried to install the app over the weekend, and it would not take me to the next step to scan and register the tag/pet info. Contacted the company, and received a prompt response. All it took was to try again a few days later, and all worked very well. Very small and lightweight, no jingle tag.

Funktioniert gut
Wir haben den Anhänger als zusätzliche Sicherheit gekauft. Das Profil erstellen war kinderleicht in der App. Das Scannen funktioniert auch gut, man bekommt sofort eine Benachrichtigung aufs Handy. 👌🏻
