Have been using this for couple years now and has always worked great. Just changed now from the "stick" to "roll-on" and works even better for us. Roll-on is deep penetrating while stick is topical. Find the new roll-on eases the arthritic pains better than ever. Will continue using this product.

I’ve used the spray bottle I find it works better to rub it into your skin like the directions say. It doesn’t take the pain away forever and is not a fix all but sure does help and takes the edge off.
