Work well as non-wet arm covers for Folliculitis and likely other skin rashes
I'm not a physician, but I purchased these hoping they could be used for the folliculitis on my arms. They worked so well I purchased a second set to alternate in laundary. (I will CAUTION up front if using them for folliculitis DO NOT wet them as with eczema and will add obligatory warning w/ any type of skin condition check w/ your own dermatologist/physician prior to use);. A big problem w/ folliculitis is it can take months to cure and requires near 24/7 alternating application of a variety often greasy ointments and creams, which is a major hassle as far as keeping the medication off couches, arm rests, clothing, bed sheets, etc. The corollary to that is they help keep the medication on your arms where you want it, especially at night. I tried a variety of wraps that I found cumbersome to put on and expensive. A long sleeve t-shirt/sweatshirt will obviously serve the same purpose but I own very few long sleeve t-shirts and found the ones I do own (sweatshirts included) not soft enough (inside of sweatshirts tend to wick up the meds and then get rougher). The advantages of these are: they're 94% TENCEL/lyocell so very soft; easy to launder; quick on/off; seem to work well as far as retaining the medication/absorption/bleed thru; allow you to wear short sleeve shirts in warm weather and cover up the appearance of the rash w/ rub off/retention advantages mentioned above (in casual setting they appear like a long sleeve white t-shirt underneath short-sleeve, granted not the most aesthetically pleasing look w/ business casual/golf shirt, but may might find as acceptable trade-off if self-conscious about rash); when long sleeves required keep the medication off your top-shirt; work well w activities, working in yard, etc. Can't make any medical claims but I did show them to my dermatologist and she had no issues with their use provided I did not wet them as you would w/ eczema. Would note I searched the web and these were one of the few applicable arm wrap options I located; I intend to try a long sleeve UV shirt as well, properties seem somewhat similar. For reference: I believe the Mediums fit fine for a 6' male w/ medium size arms; sleeves contain elastic at top, but I frequently add my own loose rubber band (not so tight to affect circulation) to help prevent slippage. At almost $30 they're not cheap, but the relief they've brought has been worth every penny. Again, always check w/ your own dermatologist or doctor prior to use, but I would assume these might be helpful w/ other skin rashes as well.

Amazing effective treatment for my eczema
These have made a world of difference in treating my leg eczema. Before I either had to use ineffective salves that wore off quick or greasy salves that worked but I left a snail trail behind me. Nevermind not able to wear pants. Now, I can slather my legs up and slip these wraps on and the aquaphor stays on my legs where it belongs. Even when dried out the wraps are so soft they don't irritate my skin. Plus, the wraps prevent me from absent-mindedly scratching. These have saved my sanity and my skin.

Nice material!!!
These are very helpful and do stop itching well, but I'm only giving 4 stars because they keep sliding down my arms...I ordered the extra small and they were perfect , but after an hour or so they stretch too much. They are good for sleeping, or lying down, but not for day wear.

a little misleading
Honestly, I was expecting a set 2 for the arms and 2 for the legs not a pair. The pictures are misleading. The cost is way too much for just 2 sleeves. The medium is like an XS sock. I waited to buy these and for the cost I thought I was getting a great product. Another disappointing, expensive product.

Fabric is soothing, but lacks longevity
I purchased these sleeves and wore them for the 1st time just yesterday to soothe/cool my eczema outbreak. I already see pilling in a couple of areas. I'm concerned if I use one of those fabric shavers on them that it will destroy them. I honestly didn't think I'd see the pilling after just 1 wear. When my outbreaks are severe I'll look for anything that would give me relief. I'm just surprised and disappointed because of the cost per pair, I'd expect better quality and longevity.

Very comfortable, soothing
I was concerned that these would be too tight but they are light enough to breathe and tight enough to stay on. They provide comfort to severely inflamed eczema. Highly recommend!

Amazing product! Fantastic fit. Somehow they are not cold but warm and feel so good!
You need to buy you these if you have eczema on your arms! They fit great and they aren't cold like I thought that they would be. They are comfortable and work wonders!
