The bow was easy to assemble and performed great. It was very easy to sight in and consistently shoot tight groups. Killer Instinct was great to work with to correct a discrepancy with the product discription and what I received. Would recommend this company and bow to others.

Bought two of these last year and they were suppose to package deals which I assumed came with scope, quiver, strap etc. Came with a scope but none of the rest. I also bought a Barnett BCX a few years ago as a package and it came complete with no extra purchase necessary! After calling and waiting for a very long time to speak to customer service for a claim. I was informed the string is a wear item and not covered. Also to get it repaired, I need to take it to a dealer about 60 miles is the nearest and it would be parts and labor! I have killed deer with both the Barnett and Ki and the KI is much more inferior to the Barnett! I got the feeling taking with customer service that any problems needing covered will have problems. I am going to sell them and go with better practice manufacturers. No gimmiks like very limited lifetime warranties that you have to travel to a major city every three years to have inspected! Right! And package deals, which dont include what other manufacturers provide and should expect! Warning!!! You get what you pay for. Saving a couple bucks for what seems like good value is not always true! I think a lot of positive reviews come from people who buy something and feel its a good deal when comparing specs of others etc. I have hunted and shot at targets with both and there is a big difference from my perspective! If you can find a range or someone who owns one to shoot against others, that would tell you much better than reviews!
