Secrets of the Mystic Grove

I collect decks of cards- everything from tarot to inspiration decks- but am not a tarot reader, etc- I just love having decks of cards with beautiful art and insights to draw upon. I am sort of "strict" with my collection- I give decks pretty much at the same frequency I acquire them, just because having too many decks make me less likely to use them- if I just have a few in my collection, I use them more often.This is literally the most *beautiful* and inspiring deck I have ever seen and used. I've heard of people saying they "connected" with decks of cards (Tarot or otherwise) but didn't quite understand what they meant- now I know. These cards are so beautifully designed and executed- the paintings (all of women and/or animals in garden/forest environments) are illustrative without being cartoonish or amateur or too stylized. I think the reason I don't own hundreds of decks is simply because a lot of the art on tarot and Inspiration decks doesn't appeal to me- either it's *too* detailed, flat, or the women on the decks look like they should be on the cover of a romance novel. But the women in this deck, while beautiful, are quirky- they have character without it being distracting. Their expressions and gestures speak to the meaning of the card. It was the first time I have used a deck of cards and been able to "read" the cards from looking at the images.And the little book is wonderful- the descriptions of the illustrations are really thought-provoking and the three "journal" questions at the end of each card description really serve as motivation for further thought. I can see doing a whole art journal around this deck. In a way, the deck can be a self-discovery project- one card per week for almost a year.If you are remotely tempted to buy this deck, just do it. It's down to earth, insightful, beautifully made, and I want every single one of the illustrations on my walls.I beg of the makes of this deck- please do another in this series. Pretty please- I can't bear this idea that this deck is all there is.

This deck is one of those "just right" kind or decks. The art work is lovely, the cards are sturdy and easy to shuffle and the messages are always just what I need to hear for that day. The length of the description of each card in the book is also "just right" - not too long and not too short!I have been drawing a card each day from this deck since I received it and each day the card is something that either inspires me, comforts me or in some way helps me cope with that day.

Arwen "The professional joyseeker" is a wonderful soul that I watch on Youtube and when I heard she authored this oracle deck, I knew I had to have it! Comes in a perfect hard box to keep your cards in perfect shape. The cardstock is wonderful. The images are serene and beautiful and so colorful! Arwen's book is much more than the Little White Book. Her messages are uplifting and clear. I am so excited to really work with this deck more!

I had followed the artist for some time on FB, before finding she had this deck on offer. As it was reasonably priced and I loved her art, I ordered it at once. I cannot say that I am disappointed in the least. Everyone I’ve showed the cards to, some with the text to go with them has been delighted by the artwork and the text as well. While I mostly collect decks for the art alone, I truly enjoy the small booklet with it which speaks of the meaning for each card, as well as offering a blank page with 3 questions encouraging the reader to journal about them.

This is a wonderful deck. First of all, the images are stunning. If you're a fan of Art Nouveau and Art Deco art, you will appreciate the images immensely. These are also the cards for you if you're attracted to images of animals, trees and flowers--each card feels like a little community, with several different beings in it, who are all coming together to express that particular card's message.I also appreciate the accompanying booklet. Yes, it's tiny (grrr), but the descriptions are shocking well thought out; there's a depth and a usefulness that one hardly ever sees in this sort of Little White Book.To both the creator and the artist: well done!

This tarot deck & book set is gorgeous.That is the main reason I bought it. The cards called to me with their bright colors. I own perhaps too many tarot decks. But each one has its own appeal.This tarot deck & book set will light your spirit in the depths of winter. It also callsto those who walk the mystic's path. Beautiful & informative.

I am incredibly pleased with this deck, I love how it has the journal prompts. It is gorgeous in its artwork and the writing of the deck is beautifully done. This deck has helped me tremendously learn more and more about myself. I Highly recommend this deck! I have been using it only a short while and it has literally almost changed the way i see myself, It is that moving to me. It is a great tool for self discovery and I have to say it is my favorite of all the decks i own.

A splendid mix of beautiful art and well though out descriptions and journal prompts. Every time I pull a card it's exactly what I need for that day! I have many oracle decks, this one is swiftly becoming my favorite.

Illustration is so pretty and each card really speaks to me. Journal prompts are useful, too and I have had deep readings.

Really lovely set of cards, beautiful illustrations and good guidebook. I recommend to all those like me who love oracle and tarot cards.

Je trouve cet oracle magnifique! Les cartes sont toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, on y retrouve le monde floral, le monde animal et de sublimes coiffures sur les portraits et visages de ces femmes. Un très beau travail artistique, chaque carte est numérotée, porte un titre au dessous duquel se trouvent 3 autres mots clés pour développer le message de la carte. Très jolie boîte cartonnées avec un petit livre en (anglais uniquement)si l'on veut se repporter à la signification plus profonde du sens de la carte. Rien à redire pour moi il est magnifique ce set! Tout me plaît les couleurs -vives - les dessins - un oracle excellent pour compléter un tirage de tarot ou autre si l'on veut donner une réponse sur les sentiments et l'état d'être du consultant, ou celui/celle pour qui on demande. So cute🌺 So in love❤

This is a really beautiful card deck for self-reflection. The art is engaging with usage of simple key words for guidance. I pull out a card every day & read the corresponding page in the book. The questions are extremely helpful to get more clarity about self & many times, even on the day's events. Highly recommend this deck.

I ordered this deck and had paid too and what I received inside was a deck of Barbie UNO.Extremely bad experienceI was very eagerly waiting for this to arrive.I had to return.Somewhere this shows some of the packages are tampered with.
