Very gentle scraping daily on my teeth have made a positive impact for me. Your mileage may vary. Just one more thing to do (brush, floss, water floss, and now this, too) but in my case, i think it is worth it. I no longer have to wear a brown shirt to match my former yellow coffee stained teeth. :)

These have been redesigned. They used to be pointy at both ends and came in a brown paper box. They were fantastic. These are still useful, but not as sturdy as the previous version and they don't seem as effective. I wish companies would leave well enough alone.

These are the best for removing plaque from your teeth, in between regular cleanings.Tried these thin sticks; but, I prefer the regular ones better.
