Fairly easy install. Works like it should. There’s no great place to store the trailer connector so it just has to hang in the cargo well, but not a big deal.

Missing parts
It arrived but did not include the dust cover, grounding screw, or grease packet.

Missing parts disappointing.
Missing parts like others. No connection freeze. No plug cover. Fuses worked but wrong kind. Shipped with mini fusses. Honda uses mini low profile.So ended up spending more money to replace missing parts and correct fuses.Used this brand before never had this problem

Product was crushed. Not in delivery. 3 parts were missing.
This product came in and the Plug was crushed. In addition, it did not come with the ground screw the dust cap nor the electrical lube.

Watch the how to video before installing
I’m pretty handy and the instructions were confusing. After watching the installation video on YouTube I realized that they were an either, or instructions , not an this and that. also the tail is a little short to install like the video, but it took 15 minutes to install and does work.

Missing stuff per their description and…
Easy to install, however…..1. Missing connector cover, 2. Ground Screw, 3. Grease.Fuses will work but Honda uses mini’s. So wrong fuses.Would be really nice if ground wire was longer so you could existing Honda ground.
