When your hair shaft is warm, it opens up so lets in hair dye, hair conditioner, or conditioning oils.I apply henna hair dye to my hair, pop the shower cap on, and then putting the heating cap over the lot.The heat setting is adjustable and I keep mine at the 80 max (this is higher than other similar products).It gets to a lovely temperature and cuts off after a default delay. I just restart it when I need longer in the cap.The power cable is nice and long so I can relax on the sofa while plugged in the wall.The hair colour is more dependable and even my grey hairs get a little red, which without the cap, they never take colour too well.My daughter uses it to condition her long hair with Indian hair oils.Once used, I wipe the interior clean and store it for next time.Additional info: I am in my 50s with long fine hair, with plenty of grey hair. My daughter is in her late 20s and has long thick hair.

Great product gets warm quickly and is very easy to use. Comfortability isn't as great as I wanted due to the inner lining but overall I do recommend

It ticks all the boxes! Fit nicely on my head (big enough). I can change the temperature settings. Pretty design! Heat up fast! Extremely happy so far.

Used this product to steam my hair and I was impressed. The temperature was hot throughout the time I steamed my hair. Good for afro Caribbean hair. Loved the product sturdy and well made. Nothing to dislike

I used this product to make my hair more manageable and the settings where okay and the temperature wasn't really that good

Sadly brought one of these not long ago and wish I sent it back it cuts out ever 15mins… BUT THIS ONE WORKS HEATS UP AND STAYS ON UNTIL YOU WANT TO STOP IT. I HAVE VERY DRY TIGHT CURLY HAIR I THIMK IT HELPS TO CONDITION AND HAIR MASKS.
