IT WORKS. It actually works.
Okay ladies, I'm a first time mom of a 6m girl who was, until last week, exclusively breast fed. I also went back to work when she was only 6 weeks old - and that took a toll on my milk production (and stash). When she turned 4-5m, she started chugging around 32oz (1 liter) of milk A DAY. Yup. You read it right. So of course I tried everything I could to keep up and avoid having to feed her formula if I could. Then I found these! I was very skeptical at first, as the only other thing that did help was an Emergency lactation Brownie sold by another brand (not on amazon). But after the first day taking these pills, the amount of milk pumped was visibly different. I went from 8oz to 11oz in the morning, and a consistent 4-6oz during day sessions (15min each, every 2-3h, depending on how hectic my work was). Before these my yield was barely 2oz by the end of the day, and now I'm pumping enough that when I get home, I have leftover to freeze. I actually started to rebuild my stash. I know it sounds crazy and you might not believe me, but the only reason why I am writing this is because I was the one frantically reading reviews a while ago. Give this one a try, and I hope it helps you as much as it has me! <3

Doesn’t work
Idk why I bought this when the last set of capsules I bought by a different brand said take 2 capsules 3 times a day, this one says take one capsule. I should have known it wasn’t going to work then. I took for 2 weeks & nothing changed. Don’t waste your money! Body Armor & coconut water was the trick for me. I mix a peach mango Body Armor with a little bit more coconut water & it increased my milk.

Works as well as one with Fenugreek
I bought this after having tried a supplement with Fenugreek in it for a month or so; because my baby was having a LOT of gas that was painful. I thought switching to this one might help alleviate gas in her tummy. I've been using it for about a week now, and she is still gassy, though it seems less painful to her. I haven't noticed an increase in my production over the other one, but it's not less either... so there's that. I did have to remind myself to take it without much water and no food for a little bit. It's nice only taking one pill for it, since I was taking 4 of the others. I keep hearing rave reviews about Legendairy, so I might give that a try just to see if it helps. I'm back to work now, (10 weeks postpartum) and concerned that I may not be making enough milk during my pumping sessions during the day since we sometimes have to supplement a few ounces of formula to keep her from being super hungry. She eats roughly 12-18 oz a day while I'm at work, so my measly 11-12 can barely keep up.

Tried it for a week, noticeable decrease.
I was so excited to try this product because I am a fan on this brand. I would take one in the middle of the night to be sure not to drink fluids around it. I honestly thought it helped after day three, but by day four it was back to baseline. Then by day eight it was way less. So needless to say, I am saddened that I produced less today than any other day since my baby was a month old. I am so thankful that I have a small freezer stash to grab from.

This works for me but personal drawbacks i didn't account for
Took these and noticed results next day, breasts felt fuller and firmer. I cant get the hang of pumping, i guess? before these i made just enough @ 4oz, now when i pump it seems to only squeeze out one oz...but somehow my baby is getting more than enough since there seems to be a never ending supply i can only get out by hand expressing or nursing. It's a mix bag, i might have to play around (more water perhaps? Another supplement?) To see how i can get some relief from feeling too full all the time.
