Cheap replacement for Plantronics
Bought as a plantronics replacement. Functions leave a lot to be desired. It is slow to turn on or off. Voice prompts are sadly lacking in that it doesn't announce who is calling or the number or battery level (until it needs a recharge and then it beeps incessantly). On power on doesn't give battery level. The only way to determine if the headset is on or off, is to press and hold power button so it either turns on or off and then you know. When 2 devices are paired and one is disconnected, it again beeps continuously until the second is reconnected or you turn off headset and wait then turn back on. Call quality is somewhat scratchy and tinny. After pairing, connection is also very slow. I'm returning this under their "No questions asked return" policy and buying a Plantronics Legend.

Doesn't Last
Well this was the second Blue Fit bought, the first one was a champ, lasted well over a year with minor issues, this one however is already done. The device was a bit quieter out of the box but not bad, it lasted without issues till the end of March then the talk time started to drastically drop, now it doesn't last 3 hours. I have never had to have a backup, I now carry a wired pair and use them everyday while driving so that I have the blue tooth while on site. Then the middle April came around and now it just drops connection with the phone, no beeping no nothing just drops and I have to reboot it to get to to connect again. Very disappointed, was hoping for a repeat of the first Blue Fit I bought. 2 Stars because it did ok for the first 6.5 months.

Nice features, easy to use and comfortable, but....
Nice features: I really like that when you power on/off and increase volume to maximum, the earpiece says, "Power ON", "Power Off", "Volume Maximized". When it connects to your phone, it says, "Connected". Pretty cool to not have to guess by deciphering between different tones other headsets implement. I also like the carrying case that comes with this device.Comfortable: As a truck driver doing Pickup & Deliveries locally, utilizing a hands-free device is law. I wear this headset for 10-12 hours at a time. Only on occasions will the inside of my ear itch due to the ear piece. I'm in and out of the truck and in and out of the trailer all the time. I'm lifting, bending, and moving all day long. This headset stays put with no issues. My callers say the audio quality is fine. It does a pretty good job cutting peripheral noise. I've used better noise-canceling headsets however. My VXi BlueParrott 202720 B250-XT was the best I've ever used in many ways... but is too large and cumbersome as a P&D driver. Excellent for an OTR trucker.** What this headset doesn't do sufficiently, IMO, is produce enough volume to hear my callers adequately however. Especially if I'm driving with my window down. Driving an 18-wheeler is loud and very noisy. The ambient sounds of the engine, transmission and all of the squeaks the tractor/trailer make while driving requires me to turn of headsets up to hear clearly. This one can't go loud enough for me under these conditions. Unfortunate. I might be returning this.....we'll see....

Works Well, Could Be More Comfortable
Sound quality is decent, you have to push it pretty far into your ear in order to hear well though. It is not too comfortable for long periods of time, but for short calls, it is fine. The earbud that goes into your ear isn't the most comfortable. Could probably be greatly improved if that was a more comfortable piece.Tested the microphone for how the other person hears it and it is good enough, no complaints for the other end.Bluetooth syncing to my phone seems to work well. Just leave this in my car and when I need to make a call or answer the phone, I just turn the device on and pop it onto my ear real quick. Works well for car rides. The case it comes with is solid and is nice for carrying the cable on the go. Personally I'm using the carrying case now for a pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds and a charger to keep in in my backpack. This headset just sits in my car for when I need it.Overall, not the best Bluetooth headset I have ever used, but in recent times, it's not bad, especially for the price.

It works but it's annoying
The sound is good. People can hear me and I can hear them. But all the recent boom-style headsets I've had can do that. The separate power button is something I don't care for because I'm not used to it. But I can see others liking it. It also has a cover for the micro-USB port. Some may like this, but I don't as it just gets in the way. What I don't like about this headset is that it constantly beeps at me when I'm not on a call. It also has trouble connecting to my phone, while other headsets I have don't have a problem. These two things are annoying enough that I seldom use this headset.

Pros (especially Mic background noise elimination) definitely outweigh the few Cons
Best option I have found that is this small.Pros:1) Noise-cancelling at the mic actually works with this earpiece! People can hear me fine even when there is a lot of background noise (coffeehouse people/music/espresso machines). The detection of sound with the two mics on either side effectively cuts 99% of background noise so that I don't receive complaints anymore.2) Good battery life.3) Durable and folds easily to carry in pocket if you like. The Cons are Real, but outweighed by the Pros for me:1) A bit low on max volume for me, so the background noise affects me more than folks on the other end of a call.2) The battery life is long, but warning of low battery only gives you a minute or so to plug it in. An earlier beep warning would be a good improvement.3. Earbud fit in ear is not quite as snug as I would like. Only two size options.

Very Poor Battery Life
Product brochure states: Talking time - up to 6 hours; Playing time - up to six hours; Standby time - up to 160 hours. This is totally baloney. I work as a security guard and this product is used in conjuction with our Motorola radios. I work an 8 hour shift. Radio traffic is very low volume. This headset shuts down after 6 hours from "turn on" in the morning. Very disappointed with the battery life, and thus is usefullness.
