Keto Factory Almond Biscotti

Flavor wise they are OK. Bit sweeter than expected, but I can taste the lemon.Texture wise … just no. They are supposed to be dry and crunchy. They are neither. The crunchy part is why I love biscotti, being able to dip them. Unless you like dipped crumbs, these ones are not biscotti

I opened the bag and the aroma was nice but the biscotti was very crumbly. I bit into one and it was like biting into stale toast. Not only that but it really had no flavor. It wasn't worth the money I spent which was too much. No repeat buy here.

I ordered two bags and they arrived in good shape with biscotti that taste fresh, but a bit sweet. Reading the label when I ordered, I saw almond, coconut and egg but realized I was reading the allergens not all of the ingredients.Im not a fan of erythritol as a sweetener, due to its effects on the digestive system. (so be careful how many you eat).Being keto-friendly, low carb/sugar it’s focus is not on being a replacement for true Italian biscotti.But just so you know, it doesn’t have a crisp bite like typical biscotti, but rather crumbly like a cookie. The taste is pleasant and almond forward, but they are very small, just a bit larger than a postage stamp. So with a serving size of 8, that would be about the size of one typical biscotto.It’s something I wouldn’t mind having every now and again in small quantities due to the artificial ingredients, but probably wouldn’t order again…. I will continue to look for other low carb low sugar biscotti alternatives.

These are really small Biscotti, not the big ones we are all so used to. The are Pistachio flavored and taste so very good. I put one in a teaspoon and dip it in my coffee. Yummy, that is so good! I recommend these!

Taste is great, a little different texture than non keto biscotti. Holds up when dipped. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I will buy again, but save for a special treat.
