Quality Sleep during the Day for Night Shift People
Great for sleeping during the day! It is really "squishy" and comfortable to wear even with my Chronic Sinusitis. Really Blocks Light out. My husband used his bright light on his cellphone looking for something and apologized for "blinding me" but I was not aware of it because I was wearing this mask. My daughter (who is 4) likes to "borrow"it when she feels tired. She falls asleep within minutes. Great if you live with someone who has the TV brightness. I found it easier to stay asleep too.For reference: I work at night, and was feeling extremely irritable during the day because I was tired after sleeping. The problem was I not getting quality sleep. This small amount of money spent, really changed the quality of my sleep and lifestyle.I am very happy with the product.CONS:There is velcro in the back so if you have long hair like me make sure it does not get stuck.
