Q: Does it lose suction power quickly? My old Shark cordless did.

No ours hasn’t. It keeps its suction all through the charge of each battery - very effective.

Q: Do you required to change setting on the vacuum to go from carpet to hard flooring?

No it does it automatically if it's on the correct setting. Amazing hoover.

Q: Do you have to use the odour capsules? I don’t really want it to make a smell!

Im not sure if you do or not as only just received it BUT the smell is lovely! Its super fresh!

Q: Does it extend if tall so not stooped over?

No, and at 6’4” if you’re doing carpet with the head design, you’re going to be seriously stopped. I’d say it’s made for people 5’2”-6’. Not great for tall people so I’m a bit frustrated, short partner loves it, hardwood it’s no issue but carpet with suction it skips back if not angled at about 65 degrees.
