Fantastic product, excellent quality. Touch screen front panel with lots of multi functions to make cooking so simple. You basically have 2 air fryers in one or with match cook 1 large oven. Trays are really deep and a good size. The overall quality is excellent well worth every penny and best of all eventually it'll pay for itself :) put fish and chips using both trays from frozen, set the auto settings for air fry.... 20 mins later cooked evenly to perfection. Definitely give this item 5 stars for the build quality of the item, the amount of options and quality of food cooked.

purchased a few months ago and use daily. Very similar to a well known brand at half the price. Does a fantastic job of cooking anything g you'd put in the oven. One of our favourites is lasagne.Definitely recommend this product

After having a one draw fryer this is amazing . Easy to use and keep clean loads of different functions .

I ordered this mid December and Prime saw it arrive a couple of days later. After unpacking I discovered that the trays that fit in the bottom of the baskets were missing and there was no instruction book. i contacted the Amazon seller - Electric Mania - via the amazon complaints app on a Thursday evening and they responded the following day to say they would send the missing trays and booklet asap. These arrived the following Wednesday. Disappointing that they were missing in the first place but excellent customer service on the seller being notified of the problem.As to the air fryer itself, I tried using it without the trays and using timings obtained from the internet re the similar Ninja dual basket. These efforts were a disaster with oven chips sticking together and cooking unevenly. “Real” chips from potatoes were just as bad. It was obvious that the trays are essential as they are perforated and allow hot air to circulate under the food.Once the trays and instruction booklet were received I tried again. The booklet has a table of cooking times and these were, food for food, longer than the Ninja presumably because the latter is rated at 2.5kw whereas the Emtronics is 1.7kw although I have some difficulty with that as my logic says 20 mins @ 200C should be the same and the power simply would impact how long it takes to reach 200c from cold.Anyway, since getting the trays and revised timings everything has gone well. I have not attempted a wide range so far but chips, breaded chicken, toasties and a few others have been perfect. The food seems crispier than conventional preparation but still soft inside. I am now well pleased with the unit and looking forward to using it more and trying different items/recipes in it.I have bought a few accessories for it which I would recommend - a set of silicon tongs for removing items from hot and relatively deep baskets, an electronic temperature probe to check that food is cooked through and a pair of wire racks which are sold as fitting Ninja dual baskets but fit the Emtronics without issue. The temperature probe is needed where you are using a big of guesswork re time in the air fryer v conventional cooking.I have not awarded five stars due to it being delivered with missing items (is it a previously returned unit?) but cannot fault customer service once there was a problem. That in itself is reassuring going forward.

What a game changer when it comes to cooking! It works perfectly, easy to program and quick cooking time. Easy to clean too. No faults whatsoever so I highly recommend.

Was very dubious about the air fryer concept but was recommended to get this one and am amazed at how good it is. Very easy to use and very little that can’t be cooked in it. I am impressed

Fantastic product. Genuinely revolutionises cooking and haven’t used my oven since getting it. Whatever anyone says this has already saved me £s on the leccy and the chips and so many other food items you can cook are unbelievable! I didn’t want to be a sheep and follow the rest of the UK into buying one of these on the assumption it was a fad and the Mrs was dead against it because it’s ANOTHER gadget that won’t get used! But we were both wrong and for the price this thing punches way above its weight! Very pleased despite issues with poor Amazon delivery!
