I have Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis.Bought the regular size. Too loose. I should have bought small.After wearing it for 8 hours nursing shift. I got a blister from where the opening was. Good thing I have the planar fasciitis cushion. If not blister would be even worst.

I ordered a small, but I guess I need a extra small. Great ankle support but it’s to big for my ankle. : (

I have achilles tendonitis and I thought this would help, but it doesn't. I pulled it as tight as I could but it didn't help. The one-star rating is due to the seam over the upper heel /lower achilles area, where my shoe rubs. I can't really wear it without taping my heel first. Why bother? I have other compression sleeves that work much better. Save your money and don't buy this product. This is for gentle support for activities like walking. Don't expect to slap it on and have all the support you need for a tennis match. My ankles tend to swell, and i use it for sleeping to keep tender ankles from knocking together.

The minute I received this wrap in the evening, I wore it fast because I could not stand the pain Iwas having on my foot heel. I ordered small and I wrapped around my foot, it fit perfectly,I walked inside the house with supportive sandal shoes. The wrap does not have any compression,It feels more like a regular sock than anything else. I tried to tighten up to press against my skin,but there is no support whatsoever. Nine out of ten reviews about this product talked not onlygood but excellent results, and who will I believe? I believed the nine reviews of course, and hereI am still having pain and suffering in my foot. I will limp to the neighbor drug store to see if I canfind foot support!
