This set can be used for any birthday party, whether it be a 21st, 30th or 40th party, these will be a welcome addition. These balloons and pom poms can be used indoors or outdoors. The balloons are lettered "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". We listened to customer complaints about the inflation straw and string not being included so we added them in at no extra charge to you. Many other products don't offer these two crucial items. PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS The 13 balloons are 16" and the hanging tissue pom poms are 8" in diameter. The gold string is 16 feet long. The inflation straw is approximately 3". The balloons are a shiny gold color with mylar material and the pom poms are made of tissue paper. PLEASE NOTE: The polybag material of the package is a choking hazard for small children. Do not use as a flotation device. Do not overinflate or balloons will pop. Do not ignite the balloons because they emit a noxious gas if burned and pollute the air.
