My favorite coin broth!

Great for ramen

This is hands down the most delicious bone brother on the market, here's a hint....while still in the pkg. hit it with a object ,small hammer etc, to break it up. I use 3-one cup of boiling water, a 1/2 tsp really good soy sauce, and a bit of creamy ginger paste. Absolutely amazing

Instruction says one tablet for 500ml, no thats not even enough. You will need three tablets at least to make a good Bone Broth style Gukbap.

I really enjoy seolleongtang style broths and these Sagol Coin Broth tabs are just what I was looking for. The ingredients are solid and the coins provide a good amount of flavor, not just salt bombs. One coin is good for personal size soup/ramen base, could use more for larger projects. I don't love ginger and was worried that flavor would be prominent, but it blends and isn't really discerned. Totally recommend, These aren't cheap but they are useful for solo use or to add that extra something to cooking projects.

Can make different soups with this base. Just add salt and pepper.

Korean traditional taste ? I don't think so.To me, it's not natural broth taste at all. Not for me, and I am Korean.
