not 9 inches but 12 inches
it's just a big elastic sleeve, no padding or structure, difficult to get the velcro to stick straight so it buckles. Not 9 inches as advertised (THIS SELLING POINT WAS WHY I ORDERED IT) but 12 inches so it digs into under-boob and /or sits below the crotch. You're getting it back now.

Great product bad shipping control
I ordered this product as 9" more than once because of its simple streamlined comfort for traveling and warm climates in particular. It arrived in time for my next adventure however it's a 12" relabeled as a 9" and there's no time to return it for a replacement - I leave in 4 days. I'm thoroughly disappointed."Made in USA" but shipped from where!!!?

Unfortunately I had to send this back! It is wider than the described 9 inches and a lot longer! Made for larger people! No problem returning!

Not satisfied.
I ordered a hernia belt and it was delivered but when I opened it the velcro was not sewn to one side. So needless to say I an not happy with this product. Now I have to find someone to fix it at an extra cost.
