Have mixed feeling about this product, especially about the cost which is not fully merited. I don’t like the fact that it has too much torque and too little power, meaning it bounces around as your trying to polish scrub etc. Bought it to get help with a bad back and did not find the extension useful; same true for some of the attachments like the long bristled brush that is useful to clean a toilet. This attachment works by immersing the unit base in the toilet bowl water because it’s not like a toilet brush ie a long wand. Yes, it does take a lot less elbow grease (power) but it should be stronger and have more useful polishing pads like the blue one in the photo, for the cost. I would use this to scrub the floor unless you have a very small area and I would say great for $40-50 price range, but definitely not for $120.

Love it it . Battery last a longer than most jobs require when fully charged. Reach could be a little longer but overall it is and excellent device ad well worth the extra coins.. Package could use a corner brush for shower corners.

The media could not be loaded.  This was to scrub the tile on the walls and floors of my bathroom. I am 5'2" and it was able to handily clean the tile up at the ceiling and I didn't need a ladder or step stool.I used the scouring pad on the tile and was able to rid of stubborn mildew without having to go over it with a grout brush.I tried the shorter-bristled brush head on hard water marks on fiberglass but it didn't appear strong enough to remove the worst of it; the scouring pad would be too abrasive and leave marks.I was impressed with the floor attachment on my hardwood floors. I used Biokleen All Purpose Cleaner, skeptical either would be strong enough. The two combined were a force to be reckoned with!Pro tip: Don't use the pad sopping wet or you'll have a wet, soapy mess.I wanted to deduct two stars for two annoying design features.1) The handle extension has a sliding button, allowing a telescoping handle. It has a touchy, weak locking mechanism. My thumb regularly grazes it, making the handle abruptly shorten. I need to adjust how I've forever used cleaning tools, otherwise I need to re-extend the handle every few minutes.I've demonstrated this in the video.2) The power button is all the way down by the brush head. When I'm doing my floors, I have to pick up a wet, rotating brush head off the floor to turn it off.You'll see what I mean in the video, and why this could be quite messy.The fact it's waterproof, has attachments that are solid quality, clearly durable, and easily swappable make up for the telescoping design flaw and power button placement.

This is a handy tool to scrub off tough stains and scratches from tile. It recharges quickly, is light, and easy to use, although the power switch is at the head - not the handle (annoying).After 2 uses we needed a new red scrub pad but nobody (even Amazon) sells them. So, in a couple of weeks, you have a 30-100 dollar useless tool.

I thought this had more horsepower, I can spin around faster than this thing, hardly any torque to it, very disappointed, I still have to put it through a test on the floor, but so far not looking so good. Not powerful enough!

I don't know. It's OK. I am a little miffed that the handle swivels as easily as it does. I haven't used it enough to say anything really good or bad about it yet. It does run a long time before needing to be recharged. I will have to find a use for all the acc that came with it. Stay tuned.

Arrived without any issues. Charged it up and worked on our shower walls. Machine has a LOT of torque, a definite plus. Will be cleaning all parts of the house with this scrubber. Highly recommended.

Bought this to scrub my kitchen tile which has hi and low areas. Works great . Only drawback is the on/off switch is really low on the machine and is awkward.
