The defect i noted is,Noise cancellation is not that much good.Sound was bit low as compared to other Ear pods...Overall product is Good.

One of the headset always reports" Low Battery" after few minutes of use. Bad luck with this purchase...Appreciate arranging a replacement....

- Battery: Not strong and does not match the quality of Sound peats.- Sound: not strong, and I think that the air 3 model better than the pro edition- Headset: It does not have a sensor that automatically stops the music when the headset is removed from the ear.- I trust in Sound peats co. and I'm sure it will avoid these problems in the future.

Excellent, very satisfied
I’ve had poor luck in the past with wireless earbuds feeling uncomfortable or disconnecting often. I’ve never found a pair I liked on both fronts. This is it! Comfortable to wear, have never disconnected, short charge time, the ANC mode is pretty good. Can’t be beat at this price point.

Yo tengo los anteriores y sin duda son la versión pro de sus antecesores.+La calidad de audio es igual y hasta un poco mejor.+ Son bastante cómodos+La cancelación de ruido y el modo transparencia dejan, no diría bastante pero si dejan algo que desear, me refiero a que esperarías más, aún así, los tiene y funcionan bien qué es lo más importante. (Se activan desde la app, donde además puedes ver el nivel de batería de ambos audífonos y cambiar la Ecualización)+El estuche se nota de buena calidad y tiene un acabado mate y un poco aterciopelado a diferencia de los anteriores qué eran puro plástico, además de sentirse más moderno por el diseño y distribución.+Incluyen un cable USB C bastante corto pero si no cuentas con uno esté te solucionará las cosas.+Vienen algunos pares extra de almohadillas (Las gomitas pal oído jaja)En mi opinión son un 9.5 de 10 y por el único detalle de que la cancelación y el modo transparencia no son excelentes pero es por que alguna vez llegue a probar unos airpods y estos no se le acercan ni un poco en ese ámbito, pero si nunca has probado la cancelación esta es una gran experiencia.Están 200% recomendados y valen mucho la pena si los encuentras en oferta.Espero les haya servido esta reseña, saludos DLB

Overall best product and service
This A3P is my 3rd soundpeats as 1st dots was taken by my wife as she like it so much then I ordered myself the Air but I lost it after 1+yr. The Air is excellent comfort and Audio quality but A3P is even better as its good ANC make taking call in noisy env much more pleasant.During later when I was updating its firmware via the apps, I must hv did something silly that lead to A3P not able to connect anymore. I almost give up until I reach out SP customer service. They patiently find out my situation I am in and walk thru the hard reset sequence with me and it did save my A3P!
