As a Yoga teacher I use essential oils all the time, placing a few drops on the mats or by diluting a few drops in a bottle of distilled water to make a spray, these oils work perfectly for that. For my own personal use a few drops of lavender on my pillow at night helps me sleep and also putting a few drops of my favourite oils into a body moisturizer is lovely as well. With the gift box set there is a lot of variety of different essential oils.
