It is good for gum health and is more to my taste that the other well know gum protection tooth paste.I costs a bit more but I think it is well worth it.

This toothpaste will not only help you to clean your teeth, but will also help to protect your gums which in-turn; support your teeth.It prevents bleeding, and subsequently prevents your gums receding which will help to improve your appearance and smile.I have been using this product for years now, and now I trust no other toothpastes, and all of the whitening toothpastes may have helped with the absolute minutest amount of colour improvement to my teeth, (but not as my Dentist really noticed) and in-return, were causing much worse negative gum issues in the process.My gums were receding, and I was looking older before my time when I laughed.Hence; the introduction of this 'Periogard' which as worked wonders according to professionals, which also assists with sensitivity, simultaneously.So, I'd buy lots of this Periogard whenever it's on-offer, and buy just one when you need it when it isn't on-offer; but just buy it and use it regularly twice-a-day because it works as described.Just remember to 'generally' not brush too hard, and if you don't know what 'too hard' is like; consider purchasing an Oral-B toothbrush that has a pressure device that cuts the pulse going-to the toothbrush whenever you 'do' brush too hard, as this makes all the difference to your overall gum health, and all of the aforementioned benefits that 'that' subsequently entails.Recommended for very regular and continual use.
