Did not notice any difference in my sleep or stress levels after taking these for a few weeks every day.

I’ve been looking for a high quality Ashwagandha supplement for some time and decided to order this product. Really happy with the product. I’ve been using it for the last few days and can really feel a difference with my overall well-being, energy levels and positive mood. I like that the ingredients have been well sourced and natural, which was a important factor for me when researching Ashwagandha products.

I was originally looking for just a B12 to help with memory, etc. but when I saw these I loved the addition of other B vitamins and combination of extracts. I've been getting on really well with these supplements and a big plus is that they are vegan too. Well worth a try.

I’ve got this, one of my kids is always waking up at night. The tablets themselves are easy enough to swallow with some water and there’s no nasty aftertaste repeating on you. Since taking them now for a little while his sleep seems to have improved and he doesn’t get us up as often as he used to.

They are vegan but quite large size capsule. Do help with stress and calm mind.

I take ashwaganda to help relax and get to sleep easier and I do feel it does help. 30 day supply so is a little more expensive than others but it has other ingredients too such as lemon balm which help with stress and anxiety too. As easy to swallow as any capsule

After taking these supplements for over a week, they seem to be working for me. I can see/feel the difference wherein I feel more calm and relaxed with more energy and a reduced stress level.The capsules have no after taste whatsoever but may be a little big for some though I find them easy enough to swallow.Overall, a good product which I will continue on taking. The price is £14.95, at the time of writing this review, for a 30-day supply which may be a little expensive but they do work. Highly recommended.

Heard good things about ashwagandha and wanted to give it a try. Swallowing was more or less easy, it didn't leave an aftertaste as I downed it with some juice. Later on, when I was at work, the stress started to build up. With getting shouted at, I burst out crying and ran out of work. Althought it might be because I didn't take my antidepressants that day. But I had a very low mood for the rest of the night. I'd have to test this out with my perscribed medication to see if it will affect me. But it's too soon to tell
