Nice Picture BUT Not Dishwasher safe
I had pictures of my grandchildren printed on the coffee mug, the picture quality was great and the shipping was faster than I expected. BUT the product had a big tag on the item not dishwasher safe. Turns out the picture will fade since the print is on the surface of the cup, not embedded into the cup glaze, which I am finding out is expensive to do. So, if you are looking for a cup with an image that will last... better get out your wallet and find another more expensive processor.

Would not buy again
After a few washes the ink / color from the photo I selected to have on this photo is coming off. Also be careful when you select font/script because the words overlay on top of the photo rather than below the photo - disappointing font placement.

Print fades
Was beautiful at first but the print faded quite a bit. Purchased less than a year ago. The mug seems to be good quality but disappointed that it's faded so much

Very nice
The pic turned out great. The lettering was good, but watch your spacing. They print just how you type and space them. I thought they would adjust. My fault.

Would not recomend
The personalization i had ordered on the cup was totally wrong. This was supposed to he a birthday gift for my daughter and I am unable to give this to her now. The cup was around $10 and my card was charged $35. Very disappointed

Beautifully Done!
This came out perfectly! I would use this company many times over! Love the fact that one can use their own image to create something meaningful! It makes the mug much more valuable and personable. what a great idea!!

Awesome purchase
We ordered personalized six mugs for our football Coaches and they turned out great! The printing is great and exactly what we wanted. The only issue is that the color runs a little after cleaning them in the dishwasher, and they are s’pose to be dishwasher safe. Still, great gift and shipped quickly. I would definitely order them again and I actually did order two more.
