Highly Recommended: Allowed me to wear heels again!
I'm a 31 year old school administrator who spends most of the day on her feet. I also have fallen arches, and have had to wear custom made, orthodtics for the last few years, or else my knees and heels start to hurt. The custom made orthotics took away the pain, but also my ability to wear most shoes because they're pretty thick. I pretty much was limited to wearing big clunky boots, tennis shoes and J-41s (which are cute, but much too casual for my job). After being told my multiple podiatrists "oh well, you'll just have to live with limited shoe choices", I finally found one who told me about superfeet. I ordered a pair never expecting them to work, but was pleasantly surprised. They're thin enough to fit into my dress shoes without sliding around, inexpensive enough that I can afford multiple pairs (my custom made orthotics are $400 after insurance).I am able to walk in them for 6 - 8 hours a day without pain or discomfort. The only downside is that they've covered in fabric, so if you don't wear them with stockings or socks and your feet sweat, they can take on a little bit of an odor. But, like I said, they're inexpensive compared to my custom made ones, so switching them out and not wearing the same pair everyday (which is what i had been doing) would likely solve the smelly problem :-)I would highly recommend them. It feels so good to be able to wear nice shoes with my suits and dresses again, rather than (as my mother so lovingly called them) "Little Rascal Boots".

Bought soem for the whole family
I have flat feet and planter fasciitis. The superfeet insoles have been a Godsend. They have really helped the pain and stiffness and I have no more symptoms. Much better than the Dr Scholl's Custom Fit. The 3/4 inserts are good. The high heel one is thinner than the dress shoe one. I don't feel they are as supportive as the green run insoles but they definitely help and allow me to continue wearing my current shoes and not get a whole new wardrobe of closed shoes only :)

they look exactly like the example he shared with me in his office
These babies saved me HUNDREDS on custom orthopedic inserts. I literally cried when I got the estimate from my podiatrist. He suggested I order these online, they look exactly like the example he shared with me in his office. They are magic. The only issue is that they don't fit in a lot of my flats-- mainly because they have a shorter back where your heel sits. Your foot will slip out of them. Otherwise, I put these inserts in my gym sneakers, boots, heels, sandals with straps, everything!

NOT FOR HIGH ARCHES AND CANNOT RETURN.
BEWARE! They are Prime but YOU CANNOT RETURN! I was not aware of this when I purchased them. (Lesson learned. If it does not say “free returns” with a Prime item inquire first of return policy.) I have very high arches and these don’t come any where near high enough. Not a bad product but certainly something you don’t want to spend $35 dollars on with no opportunity to return. I cannot use them and will simply donate.

Not the best high heel pain reliever
I thought these would ease my pain while wearing high heels, but the relief was minimal. They are made very well.

Not typically a heel wearer
I hate heels but was convinced I needed to wear them to show off my legs in my short wedding dress. I am SO glad I had these! I wore my heels for the ceremony and pictures snd had no foot pain or discomfort. I did switch to flats after the first dance of the reception, but overall was impressed with the support these provided for the few hours I wore them.

Love these inserts!
I am in love with these inserts! I suffer with plantar fasciitis, and have really been struggling to find shoes and inserts that allow me to get around. It is amazing how well these inserts work with my "not heels, but nice enough for work" shoes. I have only tried these in the 3/4 length so far, but will also be trying the full-length version. I expect to these for each pair of my shoes.
