Another scrumptious grumptious boss story with passion and steam
Every time I think Ms. Snow has written her most compelling story, she proves me wrong. Lots of hilariously snarky banter between our H, 37yo Cole Lancaster, Coffee titan and our h, 26yo Eliza Angelo, coffee designer. Who knew that was such a thing?! Love Cole’s daughter Destiny or Dess and Dakota who is Eliza’s BFF from “One Bossy Proposal” which brings me to the other thing I like so much about reading a Snow book: we get to see what’s happened to past characters. In no way does that detract from the current story. I’ve read some books where if you don’t know previous characters, you get lost. Not so with a Snow book. When Eliza watches a local barista being berated by an overbearing obnoxious man, she can’t help herself. She steps up and tells the man, Cole the owner of said coffee shop, to leave the poor man alone. The snark is on full display and so funny. Through unforeseen circumstances, she takes a dare from Cole to come work for him. Funny thing is that’s not all that happens between Cole and Eliza. What would a Snow book be without intrigue? What is Troy up to? Why does he do some of the things that he does? Love Cole’s daughter Destiny who can give snark just as well as either Cole or Eliza. She is a teenager after all. In the end we get a glimpse into their futures. I love those parts of a Snow story.Loved this book like all the others. Well-written and edited with so much intrigue by chapter 21, I couldn’t read fast enough. Truly recommend this book if you enjoy romance with just a touch of thriller. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book.Every time I think Ms. Snow has written her most compelling story, she proves me wrong. Boss Romance with a Coffee Twist
Eliza is a coffee snob; she loves her cup, and the smell is the theme of her life. She likes to play with coffee and its flavors like a coffee chemist, but her day job is as a virtual assistant. She has some hefty opinions on the manager-type boss hole in the coffee shop. I love that she is sassy and not scared to stand up for the little guy, even if it does get her in trouble. Unfortunately, her mouth and the CEO of her favorite coffee shop don’t go well together.Cole Lancaster, CEO, single dad of a teenager, and coffee affection-ado. He at least admits when he is wrong. I have to say this book starts differently. I can’t wait to see where it goes. The plot thickens as we get more info on Mr. Hotshot, his daughter, and their lives. He has some major skeletons in his closet. But apparently, he gets what he wants, and this book takes an exciting turn.I don’t know about you, but I’m craving a cup of steamy joe right now. Cole has an intriguing rapport with his co-workers and friends. I don’t think any average person could talk to their boss like this, but I guess that is the joy of this story being fictional. I love where this story goes from Seattle to Hawiia; the adventure in coffee is real. This book gets steamy, and they are on this dreamy island for work-related stuff. Can this budding romance stand in the real world?Ah, life isn’t so easy in the real world and especially when the past comes to bite you or, in this case, sink you. But Cole being the hero he is, makes a huge difference just in time. This romance has some communication issues, but they may be willing to try harder. This book is coffee themed thru and thru, but I’m thrilled they got a unique HEA. I loved how this quirky, grumpy sunshine romance ended.

another great read
This was another great story by Nicole. Best part is this character laps over from her other series heart ridge. I have to admit that I didn’t want to put this book down for 2days. It’s one reasons I always one click buy her books, I know I will like them and reread them.Overview. Eliza moved to Seattle in hopes of opening her own coffee shop, when ever she earned the money. In the mean time, she was working temp jobs and inventing new flavors of coffee. On her day off she goes to wired cup and gets a coffee and talks to her friend Wayne the barista about coffee. While sitting and taking notes, a guy in a suite comes in and starts telling Wayne e is not happy with his coffee being bland. Eliza can’t take it and starts defending Wayne and the coffee, only to find out he, Mr Lancaster, is the CEO of this coffee company. When Eliza leaves, after calling him some choice words, she forgets her home made coffee on the table with her note. Destiny, Mr. Lancaster daughter takes a sip of her home brew and tells her dad she should hire the honey badger to make a new flavor for the company. Mr. Lancaster makes a deal with Wayne to get a meeting with her asap and he will get a bonus. The two have a spitfire attitude toward each other, but make amazing coffee for the company. But the fire between the two is very strong and love finds it way in.

Sexy, but...
One Bossy Dare by Nicole Snow is super sexy and well written. However, it gets pretty dark toward the end of the book. I did not expect that!Trigger warning: suicide and murder

If coffee is the key to love, drink on!
For Eliza and Cole it's a case of love my coffee, love me. They had an antagonistic, challenging start to their relationship. Now they're working together they begin to bring out the best in each other. Although the coffee will bring them together there are deadly skeletons in the cupboard which have the power to tear them both apart. Are they strong enough to survive the oncoming storm? Absolutely loved this story. There will be battles between these two coffee experts, a romance that won't be denied, Cole's lovable daughter and suspense and intrigue hiding in the background. All these combined I got an entertaining, gripping, heart stopping read that not only left me brethless and on the edge of my seat, but left me craving more coffee!

Great plot, great characters and lovely moments
I forgot how much I liked this author until I began this book. Firstly, the title wasn't something that gripped my attention, I I'd normally steer clear of the blunt superficial titles, but the synopsis and sample was good so I downloaded it. I'm pleased I did. I was frustrated with Cole as most readers will be, I was really pleased with the portrayal of Eliza and felt that she was really well written and developed. The tension with the mystery of his first sides death and their chemistry meant this was a book that was really exciting to read.

It's ' bean ' a treat
So , so, so , so good . I feel like I want to have a coffee , and I hate coffee, that's how good this book is .Cole and Eliza don't exactly get off to a good start , but they do say there is a fine line between love and hate .This is such a great story, with amazing characters. You know something is lurking in the background, then BAM, Nicole Snow does what she does best , and hits you with a curveball.100% must read

Very enjoyable book
Eliza is a coffee genius concocting new flavours all the time and when she sees her favourite barista being snarled at by a guy she goes to fight for him. Cole owns the coffee shop and they go head to head with her storming out leaving behind one of her experimental drinks on the table. Cole drinks it and now wants her formula. She goes to work for him and Cole is amazed at the flavours she comes up with and he also cant deny his attraction to her. Its a good long read and its nice to have some depth about the coffee as well. Nice twist at the end.

Romance
She bursts into his life giving him a lecture for talking to her favourite barista like he was. Her hobby is making new tastes of coffee. She leaves a brew in flask behind when she leaves the shop. Dess takes a swig of it before her father takes it off her. The story begins. Good storyline full of love, danger and wrong moves. Good read
