I ordered 2 of their hats. They are both beautiful hats. My only issue is that they do not fit me perfectly. I am a 6 7/8. They do not make a hat for every size, and so I had to order the size that covers what I need. Well, with 6 7/8 at the smaller end of the size I had to choose, they are a bit loose on my head, which isn't optimal. In order to fit multiple sizes, they have to make it to the larger end of the covered sizes (like any time you see a small/medium while shopping for any type of clothing, that's just a medium), so if you find your exact size is in the smallest end of the size offered, you'll get a loose-fitting hat. That's just the way it is. Yes, you can add a band of material inside the inner band, but I have discovered that it changes the contour, so when you look in the mirror, you can tell that you've added that material. I still rate the hats as 5-stars because they are well-made from excellent materials and they look really good. Plus, they arrived quickly from Australia to California.

Great hat, great material, the stitching around the head band on the inside has nots that stick up and are annoying.

I love the hat. It's flexibility can be annoying in high wind ,but that fine it pops back into place. Kids have been rough with it and no damage. Snow and rainfall have done no harm. Does tend to get warm in summer heat but wearing it a little high on the head and those little holes for the string help it keep as cool as can be expected. My only conplaint is the hat band. I swapped it to one that was more my preference. Once I did that was it. It's perfect. Just bought another for a friend she's eyed it on several occasions. Very good hat.

Wow, this arrived within 2 weeks of ordering versus the 2 month tentative arrival from Australia! I love it! It's a little large and does not have an adjuster strap inside the rim like other hats do, but it still totally works and looks, feels amazing! I work on a horse property and needed something more durable than my ballcap..this also has a UV protectant of 50.

Love this hat! I ordered a small. It's a bit too small, but it should stretch to fit. It is light weight, so great for summer. Wish the brim were a half inch longer to shade better. The color is a nice, lighter,bshade of brown. The shape has a lovely curve to it. It's good for driving. The straight brims are always bumping into the seat, or other things.And it's well made. No wonky crown, the seams are good. All the parts line up, as they should.It's definitely a 5 star product.I thoroughly recommend it.

I took measurements on my head but it is a little bit big on my head. I love this hat though it's really leather and good quality leather. The workmanship is superb too. I wish that hat band was removable though.

A great hat and fits nicely. Only wished it would come in solid black, but otherwise it is well made and looks great.

Great hat! It fits like a glove---,for my head! Seriously though,the Jacaru has quickly become my new favorite hat! The best thing is it's totally squishable, you can take it off, jam it in a pocket or pack and when you need it again it pops right back into shape ready to wear! Thanks for a great product!
