NO SCENT COMES OUT OF THE MACHINE!
I wouldn't even give this product one star, but had no choice. I've had it for a little over a month now. I surely do not understand, how they can say this is "Used By Hospitals" or "Recommended by Doctors" on the package, because after loading 2 different "cassette things" of scent into the bottom, I have yet to detect ANY fragrance in my home at all! I even went so far as to use an extension cord, and put it in a closed closet overnight. But there was NOT EVEN A FAINT WHIFF OF PRODUCT, in the closet! Also, I am a retired Health Care Worker, and I have yet to see, any one of the places I've worked, been in or had to use for my personal health, that uses this. Since getting this product, I have called almost all of my former employers, and asked if this product is what they use, and I have not yet recieved a "yes" answer from any one of them. Most have not even heard of it! I tried and tried; thinking the "cassette of fragrence" was not properly installed, but no. The "cassette was punctured open and SHOULD'VE worked. Not so! I wouldn't purchase this product for a couple of years, until it is perfected.
