Sit, Relax and Reshape
Product came in good order as described. I've used it every day for the last 4 days and although I don't expect changes overnight, I feel that this will help with my slight double chin just as the ceramic spoons have for years. It's pretty comfortable but there is a learning curve when putting it on. I would not advise sleeping in it, only putting it on when you have time to sit or relax for 10 mins or so because you can limit your breathing. Cool product overall.

Excellent for maintaining lip closure at night, stops mouth breathing at night.
I bought this because I needed something to help me stop mouth breathing at night. It has performed as desired +++ and I can recommend it for improving my sleep, no longer waking up with dry mouth and leathery tongue feeling. It is comfortable and adjustable. As for reducing double chin or improving tone, it would take much more time to evaluate and much more adjustment in constriction to do this, which would make it uncomfortable to wear at night and defeat the purpose I purchased it for.

This product alone won’t lift your face or give you a defined jawline. You need to follow a good diet and consistent workout routine. It can support your facial structure, but only if you're already taking care of your health. Think of it as a supplement—not a shortcut.
