I am a city person obsessed with FramTube, yes that is a thing. I found Tom’s channel about 3 years ago and I was hooked. Everything a city slicker like myself could want, cows, crops, farm equipment and bonus a Ginger Guy with a Mustache. The book is great, a fun read. WTG Tom another stellar accomplishment from you. Worth your time to read this book even if you don’t follow on YouTube. This young man has accomplished a lot and this is a nice book on how he does it.

Fantastic peak into the Pemberton lifestyle. I’ve been hooked on the YouTube channel for years.

An informal journey through a year on the Farm with Tom Pemberton. Tom is self deprecating, and frankly more self aware than your average author. He shares openly not only the highs and lows of the farm, but also life away from the farm. Getting cast in a tv show. Visiting the Agro shows and neighboring farms to see the latest upgrades. If you enjoy conversational prose and learning about things you never thought you would find at all interesting....this book is for you.

This book was given as a gift to my wife who watches Tom Pemberton on YouTube all the time.

I am writing this review based on what my aunt told me from reading the book.I purchased this book as I watch Tom on YouTube regularly with my boyfriend.I managed to read a chapter and then my aunt started (and finished) reading it and Loved it!Loved the wisdom from the ginger warrior dotted about the book. Proper old school farmer who has been there and done it. You can really tell the passion he has for farming and the countryside.An easy read before bedtime and you won't be able to put it down.A bit of knowledge of farming helps you enjoy the book more but Tom does a fantastic job of informing the reader.Only downside is that I would have loved to have had more pictures of the farm in the book, of the people and animals who make the farm what it is. I know you can go onto YouTube and see it but as an avid book reader it really would make it stand out.Overall a fantastic read.

A great read written by someone who is very enthusiastic about his job & is spreading the word about farming. As they say, farming isn’t a job it’s a way of life & this farmer is living his farming life to the full. I would recommend this book as a good read to those who know about farming & also to those who don’t as they might learn something.
