It does not honestly stay in my ear very good. If i push it in the ear a bit it works fine.The other thing i still get it wrong is the directon it goes in the ear unless i take a couple beats and look at it.This is a user error though if you get or make a lot of calls this may not be an issue at all.My biggest issue is where the volume button is i never get the right one.I end up taking it out of my ear then turning it up.It was supposed to be temporary, after 6 months still using it.

I love this Bluetooth. I have had several is this is the best one. Very light weight and does not hurt your ear. Can be worn on either ear!

Comfortabel
I am a 76,year old the size of a 10year old, so the loop is slightly loose....which is how I like it! I can wear it constantly between actual usage and still be comfortable.

Didn't work with iPhone.
Used for about a week. I have used many different Bluetooths with my iPhone for many years. I loved the design because it doesn't fall out of the ear while working. Not having the boom mic was another reason I bought this. I returned it because it had phone issues. Several things didn't work right. Volume would go in and out. It would jump from a call to music all by itself. Struggled to answer a call touchless. Range away from phone was very short -about 15'. If you want a Bluetooth music it was fine but phone options were weak or bad.

Disappointed in this compared to my Plantronics one
I bought this as a secondary earpiece to use at home for phone calls. The wrap around part is difficult to get in place. I could never do it quickly enough to catch a phone call if it was in my hand as it began ringing, whereas my Plantonics is easy to put on in a second. The button must be pushed hard and held for several seconds to power it on or off. This also is more difficult than my Platonics. The mic is not as good as I would expect, as callers cannot hear me as well on this one as opposed to my Platonics.
