I have a genetic disposition that means my body does not absorb Magnesium very easily. I’ve taken Magnesium supplements for over 25 years now and tried hundreds of different types and brands so know a thing or two, I can quickly get a sense of how good the product is, for example Magnesium Oxide does not work on me t all it does nothing at all. Anyhow, I have been blown away this Magnesium product, I’ve never had a Magnesium supplement that makes me feel so calm and balanced. I’ve only just started taking this product however, I am already very excited by it. It is very expensive compared to many other brands hoer there is no doubting the quality and purity.

I was told to take magnesium by a neurologist but wasn't told which type. This is my 3rd attempt and I have stuck with it for over a year. I manage better (but that could be down to number of other changes). I still find these difficult to swallow (and sometimes they come back up despite drinking plenty of water). I find them much too expensive and would be happier if the price came down without consistent orders. However, I have purchased them many times so something must be going right.

Hi everyone my wife had a transient ischaemic attack a few years ago which is a mini stroke, that left her with confusion some memory loss, I had to do some research and everything was pointing to magnesium but a certain kind of magnesium and the right ones are all in these tablets, they have helped her tremendously with her memory and anxiety and also her sleep issues, I highly recommended them that is the honest truth.

This is an expensive complete con, throwing money away for nothing. As for helping with sleeping problems and anxiety: A complete failure ... No improvement & no help whatsoever. Should be taken off the market!

This is a question to the supplier/manufacturer rather than a review. I recently received delivery of Ultra Premium Magnesium supplement but there is a sticky label over the contents which, unfortunately, is poorly printed so I can't see what has changed in the contents from that described on the website. Anyone out there able to decipher this?As to helping my sleep ..... early days but perhaps there has been a slight improvement as although I still wake around 2.30ish most mornings, I tend to fall back asleep more easily than before
