Excellent quality, good graphics and easy yo understand

The poster itself is good but only down side is when it came it was rolled up I know its probably the only way they could of sent it I had to use 4 weights to put on all 4 corners to help flatten it out bit of a pain to b honest.

I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.

It arrived rolled up just rolled it the other way round put it back inside leave it for a couple of hours and this is the result no need for tape around it,😁 I'm very happy with it.

This poster is okay in respect to readability - a little bigger pictures and perhaps less of them might be something to consider. My biggest issue with it that it’s too sturdy. It arrived rolled up and when taped up on my door, it keeps falling off wanting to return to it’s rolled up position. I have good quality tape on the sides and over corners and it should be enough. This is annoying and the poster itself became rather useless. Unless you want to frame it, I cannot recommend it.
