Venture GearOverwatch Tactical Sunglasses with Anti-Fog Lens

I don’t write many reviews but I had to write one about these glasses. I lost a pair I’d purchased from Sheetz that were shatter-proof. I work in landscaping and can be pretty tough on glasses. I found these and the price was amazing! I got them super quick and I absolutely love them.I have a regular sized head about a 7” in fitted hats. These are very snug but not uncomfortable. The rubber sides make them slip resistant if I get sweaty. Lenses are excellent. I’m usually an Oakley or Dragon guy but these are incredibly valuable. I am not doing any stung trimming yet but the shape of the frame should do a good job of protection.If you’re looking for a good piece of eyewear at an incredible price that provides certified protection, this is your product! I will buy another pair soon.

Unlike other sunglasses these have actually been tested for protection. Shot with a 12G birdshot with no penetration. Great for shrapnel protection and possible gun dysfunction at the range. It would be better to use the clear lens for indoor ranges, but as of right now it's sold out. Still the tinted ones are good for outside ranges or encountering a self defense situation outside with the sun out.They are uncomfortable. They tilt forward on your face and leave marks on your nose. Not very ergonomic. However I've been able to combat it by wearing a hat and pressing on the sides more that prevents the tilt. Still good overall for the money. Sunglasses with brand reputation and have the same protection can cost $120-$150. So it's still a great buy. Maybe just wear a hat with it always. You're outside anyway.

bought for work. they fog really bad and scratch super easy. i didnt expect much out of a cheap pair of glasses and with the line of work i know nothing would be perfect. i will say that even though they scratch super easy that the viewing is still fantastic. cant really tell that there are any scratches unless they are really deep. the protection from fast moving debris is amazing. iv had other glasses that would have cracked or worse from the same impact. all in all, i would suggest them if you can deal with the fogging

I like the price of the Venture Tactical Sunglass and the grey color. The grey color is nice and cooler when shooting in the sun. I don't have any major complaints regarding fit or finish. I compared them with a pair of Oakley Sun Glasses and for the price the Venture are good glasses.

***Update***I reached out to Amazon and they didn't do anything about it and wouldn't but directed me to the manufacturer. I reached out to the manufacturer and they made it right by sending me a new pair. I upgraded the rating to 4 stars for that reason.Loved the glasses initially. I wore them around 5 occasions and then this happened. Being that they are tactical, I would've thought that they'd be more durable. They dropped about 6 inches from my hand to a table. I was surprised to see them break so easily.
