Yeah, im still not sold on the idea of these but i was required to get one as my autistic 5 yr old becane a flight risk. My major concern is the length it will stretch. Then you need to add on the length of your arm. . The lock is secure as is the clip, i would have gave it 5 stars as its comfortable for myself and my son as well as hard wearing, however the climbing clip used to fasten the childs cuff to the spring can be a little finniky with the screw part being able to be screwed that much it can practically be unhooked. This being said it has never came loose yet to the point of my son being able to remove his cuff so ...

This does exactly what it should do, Great for clover little toddlers that can get out of anything, the added lock really does keep them safe and gives you peace of mind.

WARNING! carabiner clip
The good bits: although it isn't stated on the product description, the webbing around each strap is more silver than grey and so we're hoping that it's reflective when out at night other than that it all seems pretty good when put to use.The bad bits: be warned the locking carabiner clip supplied is cheap and faulty as it does not securely lock and even over threads to the point where you could easily shake the strap free. With a flick of the wrist. I've tried to show this in the photo's.We have not returned it based on this as we do have spare carabiners that are much better so we will just replace ours as we're hoping that the rest of the reins work as intended and are manufactured correctly. I will update the review once it has been used.

The clip to the child hand restraint could be sturdier but overall great product, you have to learn how to use though but good for me and my grandson, not easy to detach so very safe
