I couldn't find these anywhere
I needed these for years and could only get one or two after a surgical procedure or I and d (associated with chronic hs). So I was elated to find a pack at an affordable price.

Excellent product - but major supply-chain issues. Frequently unavailable
This product is an essential element in wound care, keeping the affected area moist. It is best to change these dressings twice per week. They are very effective. My only concern is with the company's supply-chain issues. I have been buying these regularly in Spain for some six months now and every other week they are listed as "no disponible" (out of stock). I'm not sure if Amazon or the company is at fault but I would love to see this supply chain issue resolved so that this important product is always available.

Xeroform Kompressen
Die Verpackung ist nicht mit Tesa geschweißt, aber die Kompressen sein mit einem sehr guten Qualität. Die haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Top Produkt mit einen sehr guten Preis.

Great dressing when you need exactly this.
Amputated Toe. This dressing was crucial for a couple of days in my recovery and healing. I have way too many now but guess I'll add it to the bandage tool kit until it expires. Good stuff!

Does the job, slightly difficult to cut
It did the job and I healed fine, the fabric is just not as easy to cut in case you decide to. It’s possible and it won’t be a struggle but you won’t get a straight line
