This tea absolutely works as stated! Drink it in the evening as the last thing you consume. It will evacuate your bowels the next morning/early afternoon. It has aided in my weightloss journey, assisting me in losing 15 pounds in just a few weeks. You must have bowel movements to rid you body of toxins and to lose the weight, and as we age a lot of use need a little assistance to accomplish this. I sleep as I normally do, so there's no wild side effects from ingesting caffeine. It can interrupt sleep to use the bathroom being that you drink this before bedtime, but no major annoyances. I will order again because it actually works. Each packet also tastes like the flavor it states it is, and this is the first time I can say I can tell this is blueberry (or whatever flavor) tea. Gets "things moving" in about 8hrs. Great tasting hot tea. It works. It really works. I think I will always have this on hand. It's better than the pills they make to relieve that bowling ball. If your on a diet and blocked up you really need to try this. Better than prunes and prune juice. On par with colon camera prep.

This tea gets an "it's ok" from me. So, I need to use 2 tea bags for one cup. I tried a couple times with 1 tea bag and had no effect at all. Also barely any taste.When I use 2 tea bags, it has good flavor (I don't know if I'd say it is pineapple) and has the expected effect.It definitely makes me go, but not nearly as bad as many of the reviews I was reading.A few hours after drinking it, I start feeling a slight stomach cramp. It is for sure a cramp, but nothing unbearable (to me). Just enough to tell me to get up and go now, not later. I usually end up going 2x from it, and the amount is more than normal.It doesn't give me terrible gas, and the bathroom isn't any more smellier than normally. But I will only drink this on days when I am off work, and not going anywhere.I'll say it is easier than making cleanse smoothies & having to buy & cut & blend a bunch of ingredients. And you get a tasty cup of tea.

The pineapple tea has a great taste! It was very effective as a mild laxative however, I would not use it daily as it caused abdominal pain and cramping after the 3rd day (1 cup/day) .

The tea is delicious, calming and fast acting! I'm definitely going to order again!

While the mango flavor of this tea is pleasant and it has helped me maintain regularity, I haven’t experienced significant weight loss as I had hoped. I’ve been drinking this tea as part of a weight loss plan for several weeks now, but I haven’t noticed any drastic changes in my weight. However, I’ll continue using it for its digestive and energizing benefits

It really does work! I drink one cup of this at night around 7/8pm, hot, and I make sure not to eat anything after. I wake up the next day, and boom I have to use the restroom. Try it!
