This one really did a number of me. After taking them for several days, my feelings, in the will or heart, became extremely sensitive and powerful. My body was fine, as was my mind, but my feelings were out of control. It was the opposite of inner peace, even though I was under no stress. I was spiritually exhausted. I even worried I might have a physical heart attack.Luckily, on the day before I realized the cause and stopped taking this ginseng, I had some Clonazepam and took a massive dose which helped. This prompted me to joke with the Lord: "Man does not live by bread alone but sometimes by powerful narcotics to help him calm down."It took me several days to pinpoint the cause of my affliction, because it did not occur to me that a fairly common herb like ginseng could have such a devastating effect. Even now I feel like my soul was slightly poisoned by it.So, this is evidence that this particular product is very potent. It has an effect, but it was definitely not what I was looking for.

i like that it really is aged ginseng,im using 1/2 to start,, pouring out 1/2 and putting it into 2 gelcaps.because it is real, (meaning quality),, i like to build up.and i am a small person,i can't take them at the moment,, i don't use any supplements when i have the flue.i don't use any supplements while on antibioticsim 60,, they help circulation, my feet and hands got warmer / so in New England it is a relief for the joints,,, i hope they might help the swelling of arthritis in my hands,,, im in brain fog without them,

Product did absolutely nothing for me. Not worth your money.

It doesn't hit you hard enough to take you off balance.I get a smooth consistent energy from it for up 4-6 hours on 2 capsules.It doesn't get you jacked like a pre-work out, but when combined with coffee/caffiene/b-Vit its very legit replacement for pre-workout.

I've tried several different brands of Korean Panax and this is the real deal. The best I've ever tried. For those wondering what effects to expect, the best decscription I can give is a cup of coffee without the jitters and enhanced cognitive skills like focus. Keep in mind that the effects of ginseng vary per peson. I have friends that experience absolutely no effects from taking this supplement. But if you do notice benefits, then you will like this product.
