Ordered to sets, parts missing both sets.
I ordered two sets, both sets had missing parts. One was missing all the washers. The other was missing 2 of the 8 bolts and one washer. Terrible attention to detail.

Not Quite 2-1/2"
I purchased these to fit around 2-1/2" steel tube framing in a metal garage/shop building to mount kayak & canoe lifts. The actual inside width dimension of these bolts is ~2-7/16", a little narrower than advertised. I was able to beat them into place, threw the strap pieces away, and re-drilled my lift bracket holes to 5/16" @ 3" on center. All good now, but why isn't anything ever easy?
