Very useful with slimline TV mount
Our TV is attached to the wall using a very slim TV mount so there is no room for cables protrusion and unfortunately some TV (like ours) has a optical socket at the back rather then side so the only way to get a cable in is by using one of these. Works perfectly fine with our soundbar, no sound delays or signal loss, Just does the job

So far so good.
I use a optical cable to connect my TV to my Sky soundbox for when using the TV's own apps. TV is wall mounted and the optical port points backwards rather than to the side. So bought this adaptor to enable to TV to remain flush to the wall.Had for a couple of months, working great so far

It Swivels !!
Arrived 2 days early and does the job. Best bit is that it swivels around to enable you to choose the best position for the cable - love it!

Did not work.
Plugged into tv to find that the sound bar it was connecting to would no longer play any sound. Took off the right angle adapter and the sound bar worked fine.
