Eye opener!
This is a great little self-help book that gets straight to the point. The first exercise way a real eye-opener for me in terms of thinking. By the time I finished reading, I felt enormously positive about my goals and equipped with useful tools to tackle them. I highly recommend this as a motivational tool!

Highly Motivational
Though not very big in size but this is an excellent book not only to motivate you to lose weight but you can apply this information to your whole life. The examples author used in this book are really motivating and in fact from the mountain hiking example I inferred that it's not the mountain top that matters, but it's the path you took to reach the mountain top that matters. Every example is thought provoking and the 100 affirmations given at the end of the book are excellent to motivate you to lose weight.

Literally amazing! Quick and painless to read also. It is a short motivational book that really gets you motivated in the right direction. In the last chapter of the book it has several quotes to read to yourself or out loud daily to get you into a healthy mindset!
