janz 17" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with 4 Wheels, 1/4" Quick Plug, 2 Extension Wands, 2 Replacement Nozzles and 3 Spray Nozzles, 4000 PSI

This thing made my life a lot easier. if you're doing flat surface work (patio, walkway, driveway, etc.) then having one of these cleaners is a no-brainer and I strongly recommend it. Note that the machine itself is 14" wide, but It is a 12" cleaning path. This is pretty typical in this price range.This particular cleaner is pretty good and has worked well for me. it does a good, consistent job and doesn't skip or slow down or stop spinning. The included lances for extension are sturdy and work well and are useful even with other tools. The included accessories (spare nozzles, etc.) are nice to have.My only complaint is that using the lance itself to push it along by the fitting seems like a weak design and it can wobble a bit. The machine itself is very stout and seems to be quite well built. I expect to get a lot of life out of it. The wheels are pretty good though the wheels can bind up and fight you if you're in an area with poor drainage and the water level is too high. No big deal.

I have a 2800psi pressure washer. I used this product as it was designed to clean my sidewalk and driveway. Both were very dirty. I sprayed some concrete cleaner onto the surfaces before starting. I attached the surface cleaner and wow was I impressed. It cleaned quickly and with very little effort on my part. You just keep the cleaner in motion and use overlapping strokes to get an good even finish without streaks. I did use my standard cleaning tips to clean around areas and corners the round surface cleaner could not reach. You will have to stop the cleaning process occasionally to wash off the dirty residue that is being lifted from the surfaces you are cleaning. Overall this device performed well and met my expectations.

I was skeptical when I purchased this but thought I would try it, I could always send it back I thought.Overall I was impressed. The quality of the unit, the extra wand extensions, the extra spray tips for it and a bag of pressure washer nozzles. You get a lot for the money.Performance is just as the video shows.. alge takes a little longer but just dirt and grime blasts right off. This thing is a real time saver and it keeps all the back splash under the unit so your feet and legs are not getting covered in dirty water like a wand will do.Due to the time savings you then save on wear and tear of your pump running, you save on the amount of water used and you save on gas running your pressure washer. Overall this unit will end up paying for itself just in the savings over time not to mention it does do a very good job. The bottom line is, it is worth the money you spend buying it. And the time savings free you up to do other things like kayaking or fishing! Just purchase it if you dont like it send it back to Amazon but I doubt you will after you try it.

Was really pleased that this thing worked as well as I was hoping it would as pressure washing my driveway with just the wand is a back killing nightmare. This thing worked amazing, rolled easily on the concrete and did a good job getting a few years of pollen, dirt, etc off......watch when you're doing initial pass, if you are seeing little patches of dirty areas just slow down a bit....found I was moving over it too quickly. It has a metal housing which I like, most of the others I've seen were plastic and didnt have wheels for it to roll on you have to push them across the concrete, not sure how easy that would be so the wheels are nice to have.

This is a nice unit. Well constructed. I purchased the to use with my 2030 psi Sun Joe power washer. My walkway and pool deck are textured concrete beige in color, almost an off white. After 4 years of pollen and algae build-up, it was overdue for a cleaning. It came out very nice, looks almost as it did when installed. However with only about 2000 psi, I had to put some elbow grease into by going back and forth over the heavily stained areas. This surface cleaner makes the job much easier than just using the wand. I highly recommend the cleaner. Take the plunge and buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Like all the other five star reviews, I was amazed by how effective this tool is. I used it to clean my pool deck, my paver patio, my garage floor, my front walk and porch. Historically it takes me about a half a day for each one of these task. Generally, it’s kind of a striped up mess when I’m done and there’s splatter and mud everywhere. I did everything plus the floor in the gazebo and a total of about two hours, probably less. And effortlessly. No streaking or striping, no splatter, no debris all over everything . It is absolutely fantastic. I bought the 17 inch model which is the diameter from the outer most caster to the outer most caster. The actual distance between the spray nozzles is 13 1/2 inches, so that is the width you were covering as you move along. in hindsight, I probably would go down one size because it would be a little bit easier to maneuver I imagine and it’s so fast that giving up a couple inches of spray pattern probably wouldn’t really been that much. It is extremely well-built and all the components are very sturdy . I could not be more pleased.

First let me say I have an electric 1800psi Pressure washer. That being said, It works ok on the driveway and sidewalk. You need to go over an an area several times and don't get in a hurry. I tried it on the aggregate concrete around the pooland "not so good". The wheels get caught and it is not a smooth action.
