Keeping me cool!
Installation wasn’t too difficult. The supplied brackets works fine. Up until this week the summer has been not too hot here so I put it on auto for 68 and it turns itself off & on just like it should. We finally got a couple days of 100 + temps so I have it set to high and it’s keeping up pretty well, topping out at 75 by the end of the day. The only window that opens in my main living space is only open to 15 1/2” so I didn’t have many options. This one seems to be a good choice! Other than a dent in the back of it I’m 100% happy with my purchase!

Wow this works wonders!
I live in an old farm house that get ungodly hot in the summer and this thing works wonders. It keeps the whole upstairs freezeing cold (in a good way) It's not too noisy either.

Received damaged
This unit arrived damaged; we live on an Island so returning the unit is very difficult. Our UPS service is poor at best. The unit works so we will keep it, as we need immediately for my Mother-in-law with cancer. Just can't wait the time it would take to return and try to get another one.

Very nice window unit
The air conditioner works great. I did have a challenge installing it in a metal window since you can't screw the bracket into the window sill; I had to buy a no-drill bracket, but that has nothing to do with this air conditioner. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a casement window unit.

LOW NOISE VOLUME
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT .THE NOISE LEVEL IS SO LOW COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS. I REALLY ENJOY THIS AC. P.S. THIS AC DOESN'T GO ON WITH A 24 HOUR TIMER THAT WAS PUT IN BY THE PLUG.

Damage
Purchased this during the winter season. I recently opened the box to see this damage. AC doesn’t run right, sounds like something is in the fan no matter how you position the unit, even though it looks like the fan is free of clutter. Seems like it I would be a good unit but hard to tell
