Not dry but not oily. Somewhere between skins natural oil feeling.
The media could not be loaded. I did not get harsh skin reactions. It wasn’t heavy. It didn’t irritate my eyes like all others do.I would feel comfortable to use it on a child’s skin so that says a lot for me.I’ve avoided sunblock all my life due to the carcinogenic ingredients till now. That’s saying a lot for me.The values for money is @&$# I am actually disturbed at how unbelievably criminal the charge is for this tiny and I say utterly tiny lip balm size of sunblock. What a shame it’s not more reasonably priced for the value of what it is.

Chalky
I love how portable and compact this product is. However, it is a little chalky and not very spreadable. If you don’t care about looking like a ghost then you will like this sunscreen.

Great protection & Easy to apply
This type sunscreen was specifically recommended by my Dermatologist and the Plastic Surgeon that has repaired sun damage I have endured over the years. This product provides me great protection and remains soft making it very easy to apply. I specifically use it when playing golf. Four hours of direct sunlight can raise havoc with your skin, especially when you play multiple times a week.

More for your money
This past week it’s been 107+/- degrees here. With temps like this and working outside for hours a day and even while wearing protective gear, I’m still getting sun spots, so I needed to get a stronger sunscreen. This sunscreen butter is great! What makes it different? Well I cringed at the price initially, but do try to go organic and save the environment when possible, So first of all, it’s not harmful to me or the environment. I read that the average American woman applies over 500 chemicals a day on her body....no wonder cancer is so prevalent throughout the US. It’s easy to see how they come up with that number of chemicals if you merely read the ingredients on your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and deodorant. It also seems, the better they smell, the worse they are for you.Second, I can see where I’m applying this sunscreen because it goes on somewhat opaque, but bc it goes on smooth, it can be rubbed inso it’s barely noticeable. Mostly, I just leave it on thick bc really who cares and secondly, I tend to rub my nose a lot due to itching and sweat, which rubs off the sunscreen and I get freckles only in those areas where I scratch my nose. So...leaving this sunscreen a little obvious ...helps me remember to re-apply when I dont see it anymore. Also bc it’s obvious where you’ve applied it, it’s my opinion that you actually save money by not over applying it, which is what’s wrong with spray on and bottled sunscreen. I also believe that you have to use more of spray-on /bottled sunscreen because they have to dilute it somewhat to get it out of the bottle. So the organic body butter sunscreen seems to be more concentrated, yet still goes on smoothly. Also, it doesn’t have an odor and youre not left immersed in and inhaling a toxic cloud of sunscreen. For these reasons, I believe it is more cost effective. Finally, I love it and will definitely continue to buy it because I believe it’s actually a better bargain — due to being able to avoid over-applying and to the fact that it adheres to the skin better than spray-on/bottled sunscreen. My two recommendations for improvement are to offer a larger can (think shoe shine) and if possible, to continue to work to lower the price to make it more widely available to everyone.

Love the Packaging & Ingredients, But Still Had Some Problems
I was trying to find a natural, biodegradable, daily sunscreen that I could wear in the warmer months on my face, possibly under makeup, and on my tattoos. When I came across this brand I was very excited to try this sunscreen, though I did notice some issues:PROS:- I love the tin because it's extremely difficult to find a sunscreen that's "zero waste." Since it's in a recyclable metal tin, I can recycle it or reuse it for whatever. The lid actually twists on so it's also really secure, and I love the tin's size as it's so simple to carry around in a bag or even a pocket.- Along with the great size of the tin, you actually get more product than you might think. A little goes a LONG way, the texture is velvety smooth, and it's really simple to reapply.- It isn't drying, and that's coming from someone with very dry skin. I found it to be pretty moisturizing on my face, even after a full day of wearing and reapplying it.- There isn't a strong scent at all so I imagine this would be great for people sensitive to the typical, awful smell of other sunscreens. I can't smell it at all when wearing it.- Besides being natural, safe, etc., I love the high SPF from the non-nano zinc. It's been hard to find a sunscreen that is not only non-nano, but has a SPF higher than 20.CONS:- For the face, the sunscreen is a bit of a hit and miss. I can't wear it under my makeup because, even though I can apply such a thin layer of it, it'll still appear under my makeup as a slight white cast and a bit of an oily finish. I don't wear a lot of layers of makeup, but the sunscreen does mess up my makeup's coverage and definitely the coloration.- It rubs into the skin alright, but I found the more layers I added the more oily it seemed and longer it took to settle. This seemed to be more of a problem on my face than anywhere else on my body.- I defineitly notice the white coloration on my darker, black & grey tattoos. I don't know how much of a con this is for people, but I think I'll still use it while at the beach or pool as this sunscreen is so easy to carry around and reapply. The high SPF also protects my tattoos extremely well from sundamage.Overall, I think it's a decent sunscreen, but the hunt still continues for one I can wear on my face daily, whether wearing makeup or not. I'm still going to keep it and use it for my tattoos and arms.

Love this! No burns on my kids
We were at the lake in the heatwave and I used this on my kids. None of them burned. Highly recommend. I think I'll try the squeeze tube though as this is small and can be inconvenient to apply but the product itself is incredible and good ingredients.

Love this sunscreen!
It goes on thin, works great without the cake feeling of zinc. Still think though and super small size. Thought it would be bigger for the price. Maybe it will last a while?
