Q: I received this desk and the leg opposite the motor will not adjust up or down. Do I need to replace the leg or the motor?

Hi, in this situation, the problem is the sync rod is not fully pushed in the leg that does not lift up, you need to re-assemble the sync rod, please contact us via amazon's email if you can not lift the leg, thanks.

Q: Where do I find the directions on how to assemble? None in the box or on the outside.

Try you tube i saw the video to help assemble it. didn’t need the instructions

Q: How long did it take to assemble?

It took me about 2 hours but it was in a cluttered room and I didn't read the instructions. The assembly is extremely straight forward. The only thing that the instructions would have made easier is the placement of the tiny screws that hold in the bar that runs from the motor and one leg to the other leg.
