Hinges
Works well but the hinges are always getting broken. Laptops are meant to be folded but this really no matter how careful you are the hinges are always getting off. Better buy in stores with warranty.

Hinge Damage, very pathetic after sale service
I bought the laptop few months ago. Yesterday when I opened the laptop, the hinge part came out automatically. When I contacted Dell Support, they refused to rectify the issue citing they didn't know the way I used my laptop. The hinge damage is not a result of an accident but a manufacturing defect and same has been encountered by many customers within a month of the purchase. Even after knowing it is under warranty and it's a manufacturing defect and same problem has been faces by many customers, they declined to rectify and asked for payment for getting problem resolved. It is very ridiculous and very disappointing.I strongly recommend future customers to check for other brands as well before buying dell laptops.

Worst Laptop, within 3 months it was dead.
The issue started from Day 1, it was taking hours to boot and few times it would not respond when pressed power button, now The service tech is saying it needs mother board replacement, and takes 4 to 5 days also it will be refurb part... With this kind of good configuration i was expecting better product from Dell.

المنتج لايطابق المواصفات ،، وتم الارجاع ولكن تم رفض الشحنة من قبل ارامكس ... والى الآن والطلب معلق بعد حوالي شهر من الاستلام ... لا انصح بالتعامل مع صاحب المتجر اطلاقا .... احذروا من التورط معه
